OTHER NEGATIVES INCLUDE SPENDING TOO MUCH MONEY, OVER OR UNDER EATING, OVERUSE OF OVER-THE- COUNTER MEDICATIONS, HAVING ANGRY OUTBURSTS, WITHDRAW FROM PEOPLE. THE LEFT SIDE WERE POSITIVE SELF-CARE BEHAVIORS TO INCLUDE ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AT LEAST THREE TIMES/WEEK FOR 30 MINUTES/DAY, GET SIX TO EIGHT HOURS OF SLEEP, MAINTAIN GOOD EATING HABITS, MAKE TIME TO RELAX, MAINTAIN A SENSE OF HUMOR, PLAY, BE OPTIMISTIC, SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, MAKE PLANS FOR THE FUTURE, FIGURE OUT WAYS TO MANAGE STRESS.
