John Kelly is sworn in as Rotary President

Area Governor Mark Morro swore in John Kelly as President of the Spring Lake-Brielle Rotary Club for 2023-24. The other officers are Paul Cox, President-Elect, Gloria Szynal, Secretary, and David McFadden, Treasurer and Immediate Past President.
