Manasquan High School held a ribbon-cutting and dedication of its upgraded Jack Nicholson auditorium, featuring a state-of-the-art sound system, enhanced lighting, new seating and a much-needed paint job. The Liv Morro Memorial Foundation, led by Rotarian Mark Morro and his wife, Paige and the Manasquan High School Alumni Association partnered with the school to fund the upgrade. A plaque outside the theater lists major donors to the project, including the Spring Lake-Brielle Rotary Club.
Robert Schatzman, president of the Manasquan Alumni Foundation, presented the club with a replica of the plaque installed outside the high school auditorium.
